2024 - Present

Producer, Deustch, Los Angeles

My journey here at Deutsch has just begun, and I'm excited to update my experience as I go. Looking forward to learning, growing, and contributing more along the way!

2022 - 2024

Sr. Producer, Dailey/9th Wonder/Gravity Global

Estimate and execute the scope of work required to produce creative content ideas.
​
Establish creative approach and work with creatives, account and finance to meet milestones and deliverables.
​
Find solutions to barriers in production, and provide clear communication about daily progress with all respective teams. 
​
Generate budgets for big and small productions.
​
Produce projects from beginning to completion and meet deadlines.
​
Set up and manage bidding processes for interactive productions.
​
Lead the global production team as Interim Executive Producer for 3 months, while the current EP was on a short term leave.
​
Manage interactive production documentation (bid specs, calendars, estimate reviews internally, completion reports to wrap up project). 
​
Handle Union and non-union talent, from casting, estimates, contracts and to legal needs.
 

2015 - 2022

Broadcast Producer, David & Goliath

Lead and direct creative TV and Radio productions from starting concepts to completion across multiple clients. 
​
Managing talent casting, bookings, TV edits, VFX, recording and mixing sessions.  Work closely with creatives, account, business affairs, client teams and outside vendors to execute and deliver the best creative content within time and budget. 
​
Create and manage production timelines to meet client and internal deadlines and goals.  Bid, negotiate extensive work with cost consultants and manage budgets ranging from $20K - $1M.  

2016 - 2019

Wedding Planner

From planning the scope of the wedding event, to deciding time, location, cost and the main day logistics to meet client's vision and desires.

Create and manage detailed timelines, budgets, vendor payments, along with scheduling and attending vendor meetings. 

​

Coordinate and supervise all details on the wedding day.  

2013 - 2015

Broadcast Coordinator, David & Goliath

Bid and managed TV, radio and industrial jobs. Tracked delivery and balanced multiple projects across multiple teams.

​

Led voice over recordings, editing, VFX, director searches, calls, casting, booking studios, mixing sessions, and supervised the posting and shipping of final assets to storage and trafficking facilities.

2010-2013

Asst. Executive Creative Director, World Wide Mind Advertising

Managed the company's income, expenses, and budget on a weekly basis. 

​

Developed creative ideas for new and existing client pitches such as: Vitamin Water: Focused on the action-sports section of the “Uncapped Campaign” and produced 42 branded content short films within 10 months.

​

Assisted in the production of the film Drift, including story development, pitching, production, post-production, distribution, merchandising advertising, and social media.
